WhatsApp is one of the channels supported by XenVoice. So, you can be rest assured that, no important business call is ever missed.
How it works?
To enable this feature, you need to integrate your XenVoice account with WhatsApp. After successful integration, you can receive alerts for incoming calls and see post call/message data in your WhatsApp.
Incoming call notification in WhatsApp will look like below.
Once you click the mentioned link, it will redirect you to the below page. You can choose to continue the call or click on Hangup button to end it.
