What is this?
Many people use Slack as their regular business communication channel. The Multiple Channel feature of XenVoice allows you to receive notifications of incoming calls and see post call/message data in your preferred channel. Slack is one of the channels supported by XenVoice. So, you can be rest assured that, no important business call is ever missed.
How it works:
To enable this feature, you need to integrate your XenVoice account with Slack. After successful integration, you can receive alerts for incoming calls and see post call/message data in your Slack account.
Incoming call notification in Slack will look like below.
Once you click on Answer, it will redirect you to the below page. You can choose to continue the call or click on Hangup button to end it.
